<p>With strong operational foundations, the goal is not to &ldquo;replace people with AI,&rdquo; but to thoughtfully identify repetitive administrative tasks that can be streamlined, automated, or supported through AI-driven systems and workflows.</p>

<p>This person will help evaluate current processes, recommend tools, implement solutions, and help the team transition smoothly into more efficient operations.</p>
