Calling all compensation professionals! We are looking for a Senior Compensation Administrator to join the HR department of this established and stable nonprofit organization that offers health and social services to underserved throughout New Mexico.

This role is responsible for the further development and administration of employee compensation programs. Excellent opportunity for an experienced compensation professional to work in a dynamic environment with other exceptional HR professionals while further expanding your skill set. This is a 100% remote position with occasional travel to the Santa Fe office. Candidates must be local to Santa Fe, Albuquerque, or the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and assist in the development, implementation, and administration of compensation systems

  • Compile and analyze data used for the development of compensation guidelines

  • Provide training for managers and staff

  • Design and prepare materials for compensation related presentations

  • Keep up to date and maintain compliance with  compensation related trends, laws, and regulations

  • Create and maintain job evaluation cycle

  • Maintain and update corporate compensation matrices

  • Plan, conduct, and participate in local and national salary surveys

Desired Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, Business or closely related field. Directly related experience may substitute on a year-by-year basis.

  • 2+ years Human Resources experience with one year focus in HR compensation administration required

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HCM Systems (Oracle preferred)

  • Additional HR certifications preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
