Job Description

Do you have a knack for problem-solving and saving the day? Our client is looking for a Regional Office Manager in the Albuquerque office of this home health care company. This person will be responsible for all operational aspects of the assigned region, including ensuring that all employee and client files meet state and federal regulatory compliance requirements. This position is the first point of contact for potential clients and caregivers and must represent professionalism and competence consistently. As a key representative of the agency, the Regional Office Manager is expected to promote the company's core competencies to potential clients.

Compensation + Benefits

  • Field calls from all sectors within the industry
  • Managing the caregiving workforce in the region
  • Interview, hire and onboard caregiving, coordinating background checks and drug testing
  • Reporting to executive management weekly on operational activities and overall status of the region
  • Time entry and scheduling management for all staff
  • Client crisis management and incident reporting
  • Rotating on-call on weekends for staffing coverage

 Desired Profile

  • 5 years’ related experience and/or education

  • Exceptional customer service and multi-tasking skills; Exceptional phone skills

  • Attention to detail; high level of organization

  • Ability to grasp concepts, processes and procedures quickly and effectively

  • Extensive experience in MS Office products and QuickBooks accounting software (preferred)

  • Comfortable with high accountability and responsibility

  • Employee management experience

  • Familiarity with the Healthcare industry in an office setting

  • Effectively manage pressure and problem solve

  • Highly self-motivated and disciplined researcher

  • Able to execute directives timely and overcome unexpected obstacles and develop workarounds to meet deadlines

  • Comfortable wearing many hats
