Job Description

The Hire Firm is partnering with this Santa Fe nonprofit on their search for a part-time Receptionist/Office Assistant.  This organization assists young start-ups by providing the tools, resources, and space they need to succeed.  This role provides invaluable support to the team, clients, and vendors.  The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure a welcoming environment and to carry on the culture of generosity this organization is rooted in.

Compensation

$21-26/hour

Responsibilities 

  • Unlocking and locking the building daily, turning on lights and preparing for the day

  • Greeting tenants and guests in person, by phone, and by email and connecting the to the appropriate party

  • Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers 

  • Monitoring the building and property for maintenance issues and scheduling services accordingly

  • Handling incoming mail, packages, and deliveries. 

  • Booking conference rooms, checking common areas, caring for plants

  • Review contracts, review and input invoices, helping organize electronic and paper files.  

  • Light bookkeeping (will train)

  • The role may also assist with more advanced bookkeeping, writing projects, and grant applications as interest and skill allow.

Monday and Wednesday, 8-5
Additional hours occasionally available
