Property Management Accountant
Job Description
Santa Fe's premier commercial and residential property management company is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join their finance team.
We are looking for a team player with a sense of humor who thrives in fast-paced environments in detailed, often high volume work.

What You’ll Do
-
Assist with accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R)

Process rent payments and help manage tenant accounts

Reconcile bank statements and financial reports

Help with payroll processing and government filings (GRT, CRS, FUTA, SUTA)

Generate monthly financial reports

Support senior accountants with various bookkeeping tasks

Learn and adapt to property management accounting systems
Who We’re Looking For

Some accounting or bookkeeping experience (1-3 years preferred)

Tech-savvy and eager to learn new software
