Job Description
Growing commercial and residential property management company in Santa Fe is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant / Bookkeeper who wants to learn, grow, and build a career.

Onsite role in Santa Fe, NM
What You’ll Do

Assist with accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R)

Process rent payments and help manage tenant accounts

Reconcile bank statements and financial reports

Help with payroll processing and government filings (GRT, CRS, FUTA, SUTA)

Generate monthly financial reports

Support senior accountants with various bookkeeping tasks

Learn and adapt to property management accounting systems
Who We’re Looking For

Some accounting or bookkeeping experience (1-3 years preferred)

Tech-savvy and eager to learn new software

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Reliable and professional communicator
