Job Description

This project management and development company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Roofing Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will oversee a variety of residential and commercial roofing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction. 

The Roofing Project Manager will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and Operations Manager. This role requires flexibility in working hours and a commitment to exceeding client expectations. Opportunities for advancement and professional development are available based on performance.

Compensation

$70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Manage roofing projects from start to finish, utilizing the current CRM/PM program for the Company.

  • Plan project activities, budgeting, and resource allocation.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

  • Respond promptly to client correspondence via email, text, and phone.

  • Supervise Junior Project Managers, assigning responsibilities and providing guidance.

  • Coordinate construction activities, including scheduling, material delivery, and subcontractor management.

  • Conduct daily inspections of construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

  • Provide regular progress updates to clients and management.

  • Review weekly invoicing and receivables.

  • Ensure adherence to OSHA, Federal, State, and Local guidelines.

  • Participate in staff training and meetings as scheduled

Desired Profile

  • 2+  years of project management experience

  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated proficiency with project management software, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
