Administrative Professional – Financial Services
Santa Fe, NM | Full-Time | Direct Hire
Salary: $65,000–$80,000 DOE + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits

We’re partnering with a long-established financial services firm known for its steady leadership and commitment to doing right by clients. They’re seeking an experienced, licensed administrative professional to support client service, operations, and compliance functions in a collaborative, high-trust environment.
What You’ll Do

Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt, accurate communication and follow-through

Handle day-to-day account administration, money movement, and documentation with precision

Assist with portfolio reporting, reconciliations, and compliance tracking (FINRA/state filings, audits, and renewals)

Coordinate with leadership on workflow improvements and client-experience enhancements

Maintain organized records, prepare correspondence, and support the advisor team in delivering excellent service
Who We’re Looking For
-
Current Series 7 & 66 required
-
Previous experience in financial services, accounting, or investment operations

Strong background in client service, compliance, and administrative management

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Detail-oriented, reliable, and professional — able to juggle priorities while maintaining accuracy
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 DOE
