Paralegal - Full Time

We’re partnering with a respected Santa Fe–based civil rights and employment law practice to hire a skilled Paralegal. You’ll work directly with a lead attorney known for being both sharp and grounded, and contribute to high-impact cases involving civil rights violations, workplace discrimination, and police misconduct.

Schedule:

• Onsite Monday–Thursday in Santa Fe, Remote Fridays

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence

• Format and cite-check appellate briefs

• Manage deadlines, organize case files and discovery

• Conduct legal research and summarize findings

• Handle trial prep: exhibits, jury instructions, witness materials

• Communicate with courts, experts, and clients

Qualifications:

• Paralegal certificate or BA preferred

• 2+ years litigation experience (civil rights/employment law a plus)

• Excellent research, writing, and organizational skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and legal databases (Lexis, Westlaw, etc.)

• Poise, discretion, and emotional intelligence

Compensation:
