Office Manager - Holistic Clinic

Our client, a holistic healing center in business for 36 years and 20 minutes N. of Santa Fe, is seeking an experienced Office Manager preferably with previous clinic experience. You will be the front face to all the clients that come to see their stable of healing practitioners of Acupuncture, Chiropractic and Massage. You will interface with the billing specialist to make sure the clinic runs efficiently and with excellent customer service at all times. You will communicate clearly with clients about descriptions of therapies and insurance information and help facilitate their interaction with therapists. This is a peaceful clinic, and a wonderful environment to work!
Prepare the clinic and treatment rooms each day
Schedules patients by phone or in person
Check insurance verification and benefits
Daily reconciliation of payments
Helping clients get to their treatment room and making comfortable
Cleaning when needed, laundry daily
Compose and process general and confidential correspondence
Handle patient comments/complaints and manage internal office relations
Maintain and enforce OSHA biohazard policy – prepare for yearly inspection
Previous clinic or medical office experience preferable
Understands basic bookkeeping operations
Good computer skills
Customer service oriented – enjoys people interactions
Enjoys a healthy lifestyle
Good with task delegation and follow through
$18.00 per hour

Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (1-hour lunch)
