Location
This is an onsite position based in Santa Fe, NM, within a professionally run, community-focused office.
What You’ll Do

Provide direct administrative support to the Executive Director and management team

Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintain a professional, welcoming front-office presence

Prepare, proofread, and distribute reports, presentations, and Board materials with a high level of accuracy

Assist with Board communication and documentation

Coordinate projects and timelines across departments (Resident Services, Communications, etc.)

Support special initiatives from start to finish—ensuring structure, clarity, and follow-through

Maintain office supplies, records, and equipment in collaboration with Reception

Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement or recommend solutions

Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with sound judgment

Contribute to and model a respectful, responsive, and solutions-focused office culture
Who We’re Looking For

Minimum of 3 years of administrative or office experience (supporting senior leadership preferred)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, grammar, formatting, and attention to detail

Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor with internal teams and external stakeholders

Strong critical thinking and organizational skills

Discretion and reliability in managing confidential information
