Compensation: $23-30/per hour, depening on experience

What You’ll Do

Provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals

Manage court filings in both state and federal courts

Maintain attorney calendars, track deadlines, and schedule appointments

Prepare and format legal documents using Microsoft Word

Assist with trial preparation and case organization

Handle inbound and outbound communication with clients and courts

Maintain accurate case files and manage digital and physical documents

Take initiative on delegated paralegal-level tasks, with room for expanded responsibility
Who We’re Looking For

Experience: Minimum 3 years as a legal assistant in a law firm setting

Technical Skills:
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Outlook)

Experienced with state and federal court e-filing systems

Soft Skills:
-
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient
-
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
-
Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple priorities
-
Bonus: Candidates interested in developing into a paralegal role will have opportunities to do so
Type of Employment
