Job Description
The Hire Firm is assisting a local credit union in their search for a talented candidate to join their IT Department as a Help Desk Technician. This organization has been dedicated to serving the community for over 60 years; offering their employees cross-training/growth opportunities and providing a great work/life balance. The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for maintaining desktop hardware/software, providing tech support, and acting as a liaison between the IT Department and system users. Compensation
$18-21/hour DOE plus benefits

Responsibilities
-
Assists in the implementation of various new projects.

Assists in the development and maintenance of departmental documentation.

Installs, maintains and supports all PC hardware, software and peripheral equipment.

Analyzes malfunctions, problems with IT equipment and systems, diagnoses and corrects.

Provide technical user support as needed.

Assists in the installation and maintenance of structured network wiring systems.

Acts as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on IT-controlled systems.
Desired Profile

1 month or more of similar/related experience

Bachelor’s or certifications in a technical field preferred

Team player, skilled in conflict resolution and relationship building
