We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Facilities Maintenance Foreman to oversee and participate in the maintenance and enhancement of a high-end private community’s roads, buildings, gates, and infrastructure. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality work, thrives in a dynamic environment, and enjoys a balance of planning and doing.

As part of a collaborative and professional team, you’ll work to maintain over 55 miles of roads, 60+ gates, 300,000 square feet of stucco walls, gatehouses, and other facilities vital to this community’s appearance and function. This position is on-site in Santa Fe, NM

What You’ll Do

• Plan, coordinate, and carry out maintenance and repair projects across roads, stucco walls, buildings, gates, and related infrastructure

• Supervise and inspect work performed by subcontractors and vendors

• Perform hands-on maintenance when needed (especially carpentry, electrical, plumbing, concrete/stucco work)

• Track and maintain schedules, records, and work orders

• Assist with preparing scopes and reviewing contractor proposals and bids

• Identify issues proactively and recommend cost-effective solutions

• Ensure safety and quality standards are met at all times

• Represent the organization in a professional, team-focused manner with residents, vendors, and internal staff

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance, construction, or infrastructure (experience in resort, HOA, or private residential communities is a plus)

• Strong skills in multiple trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, stucco/masonry

• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail, scheduling, and quality

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Independent and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership

• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
