Job Description
The Hire Firm is searching for a Freight Auditor for this temporary opportunity for this large employer in Los Alamos, NM. The Freight Auditor will support hazardous/non-hazardous materials shipping, freight audit and other logistical duties, accounts payable, as well as examine, analyze, and interpret records, data, and documents to evaluate their efficiency and effectiveness.
This is a long term assignment, expected to last 12 months with the possibility to extend.
Compensation:

Responsibilities:
-
Accounts Payable
-
Data-entry
-
Shipment arranging
-
Examine records to ensure proper recording and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, agreements, policies, and contractual requirements
-
Analyze data collected, documents, evidence, and supporting documentation
-
Develop formal written reports to communicate results to management and make recommendations as appropriate
-
Provide resolutions to an assortment of problems of moderately complex scope

Contribute to the fulfillment of projects and organizational objectives
Desired Profile:
-
2+ years relevant work experience
-
Well-versed in Microsoft Office
-
Experience with Oracle and ATLAS a plus

Familiarity with Accounts Payable Practices

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Excellent attention to detail and organization
-
Ability to pass a background check
-
Ability to obtain a Q clearance
