Compensation:

Responsibilities:

Serve as the face of the company, managing visitors and callers with professionalism.

Efficiently route and answer phone calls.

Oversee the CRM, entering leads and managing customer transactions.

Assist in creating job-related documents and managing invoicing.

Ensure a well-stocked and organized office environment.

Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.

Oversee the functionality of office equipment and collaborate with contractors as needed.

Ensure seamless office operations and support as required.
Desired Profile:

Strong background in customer service with an emphasis on communication and organizational skills.

Proficient in Gmail, Excel, Word, and Google Calendar. Willingness to learn NetSuite.

Previous experience in manufacturing or construction preferred.

Ability to multitask and handle physical tasks when needed.

A detail-oriented mindset with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Reliable transportation for errands and tasks.
Schedule:
7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Employment Type:
Full-Time. Temp-to-hire based on initial performance evaluations. Direct Hire considered for the right candidate.
