Accounting Analyst (Financial Analyst)
Location: Santa Fe, NM (Hybrid: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote after training)
This is a rare opportunity for an Accounting Analyst position within a mission-driven healthcare organization serving the Santa Fe community. Despite the "Financial Analyst" title, this is very much an accounting-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys journal entries, month-end close, and account reconciliation.

Salary range: $65,000–$80,000 annually DOE

What You'll Do
-
Perform journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly close tasks

Support audit preparation with accurate work papers and documentation

Analyze financial data and variances for accuracy and insight

Assist with government and tax reporting

Collaborate with accounting leadership and peers to uphold best practices and compliance

Support cross-functional accounting needs as required
Who We Are Looking For
-
4+ years of accounting experience (healthcare preferred)

Experience with journal entries, general ledger, audits, reconciliations, and accounts payable background strongly preferred

Lawson/Infor software experience is a big plus, Excel proficiency required
