Job Description

We are looking for an energized, ambitious administrative professional   to assist with reception and administrative support. The Office Assistant will work with this premier insurance establishment to support their dynamic team.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in a stable industry. You will be required to get licensed, but the company pays for the exam and study materials and provides time to study.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to various departments and teams.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, ensuring inventory is up to date.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and other events.
  • Act as the first point of contact for office visitors and manage incoming calls.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support daily operations.
  • Coordinate and manage office maintenance tasks and liaise with service providers.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and documentation as required.
  • Contribute to team projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Ensure a tidy and organized workspace, fostering a productive work environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High School Diploma is a must.
  • Prior experience in retail, customer service, or administrative support required. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel) and a willingness to learn new software tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, team-centric attitude with a knack for problem-solving
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and adapt to changing priorities.
