Job Description
We are seeking a skilled receptionist for this impactful nonprofit dedicated to providing essential mental health and behavioral services to individuals in need. The Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for both staff and clients. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the reception area, answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and providing administrative support to various departments.
Compensation
$18/hour + Paid sick leave

Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.

Maintain a neat and organized reception area.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Provide administrative support, including data entry and filing.

Assist with scheduling appointments and managing appointment calendars.

Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication and workflow.

Uphold the company's policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.

Professional demeanor and customer service-oriented attitude.
