Administrative Assistant
Job Description
The Hire Firm has partnered with this large, well-known company in Northern New Mexico searching for an entry-level Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will act as a liaison between other organizations within the company and externally. This is a long-term assignment, with the possibility to extend and possible temp-to-hire opportunities, as well as the potential to move into a Training Coordinator position later on.
Compensation:

Responsibilities:

Track and convey messages
-
Generate internal and external correspondence

Maintain electronic and hardcopy files

Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements

Network and work effectively with other administrators both inside and outside the organization

Basic front desk/receptionist duties
Desired Profile:

1+ years related administrative experience
-
Additional training and/or certification helpful
-
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel

Professional and reliable with the ability to multitask

Customer service focused

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
